Dr. Barr. Obiageli Edith Amadiobi
Dr. (Barr.) Lady Obiageli Edith Amadiobi is the Director-General and Chief Executive Officer of the National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion (NOTAP). A seasoned public administrator and former Permanent Secretary in the Imo State Ministry of Information and Strategy, she holds advanced academic qualifications in Accounting, Law, Banking and Finance, and Financial Management, including a Doctorate degree. She is affiliated with several respected professional bodies and has participated in numerous national and international conferences, earning recognition for excellence and service. With over three decades of distinguished experience marked by integrity and strong leadership, Dr. Amadiobi is committed to driving NOTAP’s mandate and strengthening Nigeria’s innovation and technology landscape.
